Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping courier. If a package is lost under the shipping courier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages.Â
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for PAYMENT processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing and ORDER processing time are separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.
We ship orders through third party couriers such as USPS & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Dental Crazed LLCÂ and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the package. If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Dental Crazed) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.Â
